At PAGU, we do everything we can to stay on the leading edge of quality service provision. We periodically review our service contracts, to honour our continuous improvement commitment and to make life easier for our clients. We also invest on a regular basis in simplifying or computerizing our operational processes. We have developed a quick and easy-to-use billing system that can produce a single invoice for all of our services, and a preauthorized payment module that makes things simpler still.
